STX Norway Accommodation AS is a company specializing in interior outfitting of the accommodation areas of our new-build vessels. The company was established July 3, 2010.
With effect from October 1, 2010 the company consists of approximately 50 employees that have been transferred from our outfitting yards. Our aim is to develop the new company into becoming a competitive alternative to the subcontractors that we use today for this purpose.
The strategy process and development of the business plan for this company is currently on going. We plan to finalize this by the end of 2010. The company’s plate furniture fabrication site is located in Tennfjord, and our offices are located at the Langsten and Brattvaag yards.
